This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, advertisements, app stores, payment processors, or services that we do not own or control. Such third parties process your information under their own privacy policies.
#2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect only the information that is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, protect, and monetize the Services.
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the categories of information described below.
#3. Information You Provide to Us

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, investigate issues, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the Services, and comply with legal obligations.
#3.2 Information You Voluntarily Submit
If the Services include features that allow you to input, submit, upload, or share content, we may process the information you choose to provide. Such features may include usernames, feedback, reviews, images, gameplay recordings, or other user-submitted content.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, financial information, precise address information, health information, or private information about yourself or others, unless specifically requested by us for a legitimate support or legal purpose.
At present, AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle is not designed to require users to upload personal images, use live camera features, or create public user profiles. If such features are added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as necessary.
#4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, certain information may be collected automatically by us or by third-party service providers integrated into the Services.

Some gameplay data may be stored locally on your device. For example, the Services may use local storage or similar technologies to save game progress, selected settings, rank progress, sound preferences, BGM preferences, advertisement-related counters, and other game state information.
AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle currently stores game progress, rank and experience-point information, selected levels and stages, sound and BGM preferences, movement-control preferences, hint-related information, advertisement timing and frequency information, and other game state information locally on the user’s device.
If you delete the App, clear browser or application data, change devices, reset your device, or modify system settings, locally stored data may be lost. Unless a cloud-save or account-based restoration feature is introduced in the future, locally stored Game Data may not be recoverable.
#4.4 Advertising Interaction Information
The Services display advertisements, including interstitial advertisements and rewarded advertisements. We and our advertising partners may collect information related to advertisements, including:
- whether an advertisement was requested, loaded, displayed, clicked, skipped, or completed;

- whether an in-game reward, including a hint or similar benefit, was granted;
- ad frequency and impression information;
- approximate location, such as country or region;
- advertising identifiers;
- device and technical information;
- fraud prevention signals.
This information is used to display advertisements, provide rewarded advertisements, grant eligible in-game rewards, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, prevent invalid traffic, detect abuse, and improve advertising quality.
The current version of AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle may display interstitial advertisements after certain gameplay conditions are met. The App may also offer rewarded advertisements when a user chooses to access a hint or another optional in-game benefit. The frequency, timing, availability, format, and conditions of advertisements may be changed in future updates.
#5. Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third parties when necessary to provide the Services.
#5.1 App Stores and Payment Processors
AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle does not currently require a paid purchase, subscription, or in-app purchase for normal gameplay. However, the Services may introduce optional paid features, ad-removal options, subscriptions, one-time purchases, additional content, hint packs, level packs, or other premium features in the future.
If you make an in-app purchase, subscribe to a paid feature, or restore a purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, the payment will be processed by the applicable platform or payment processor.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number, bank account information, CVV, or other complete financial credentials.
- We may receive limited transaction-related information, such as:
- purchase status;
- product identifier;
- purchase date;
- transaction identifier;
- receipt or token information;
- refund or cancellation status.
We may use this information to provide purchased features, verify transactions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
#5.2 Advertising, Analytics, and Technical Service Providers
We may receive reports or aggregated information from advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or technical service providers. This may include advertising performance reports, crash reports, device category information, usage statistics, and fraud prevention information.
The current version of the Services uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Google and its service providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms, consent requirements, and advertising settings.
#6. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- to save game progress and settings;
- to provide gameplay features, stages, levels, hints, ranks, rewards, and other in-game functions;

- to respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- to detect, investigate, and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues;
- to improve game balance, usability, design, performance, compatibility, and user experience;
- to analyze usage trends and understand how the Services are used;
- to prevent cheating, fraud, invalid advertising traffic, unauthorized access, abuse, and security incidents;
- to enforce our Terms of Use and other policies;
- to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, and requests from authorities;
- to protect the rights, property, safety, and legitimate interests of users, third parties, and us;
- to perform internal business operations, such as recordkeeping, audits, and service management;
- to manage advertisement frequency, advertisement timing, reward eligibility, and advertising-related technical functions;
- to develop, test, and introduce future features, paid services, platform versions, and service improvements.
#7. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in a jurisdiction where a legal basis is required for processing personal information, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Services you request;
legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, ensuring security, preventing fraud, responding to inquiries, maintaining service functionality, measuring advertising performance, and protecting the integrity of advertising systems;
consent, where required by law, including for personalized advertising, app tracking, push notifications, or certain device permissions;
- compliance with legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, consumer protection, platform, or legal request obligations.
Our legitimate interests may include operating and improving AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle, maintaining technical compatibility, preventing invalid advertising activity, protecting users and the Services, responding to support inquiries, and understanding general service usage.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings, in-app privacy settings where available, advertising consent interfaces, or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
Where consent for personalized advertising is not given, withdrawn, or unavailable, the Services may continue to display contextual or non-personalized advertisements where permitted by applicable law.
#8. Advertising
The Services include advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. We may use other advertising partners in the future.
- The advertising formats used in AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle may include:
- interstitial advertisements displayed after certain gameplay conditions are met;
- rewarded advertisements that users may choose to view in exchange for hints or other in-game benefits;
- video advertisements;
- other advertising formats introduced in future updates.
Advertising partners may collect or process information from your device to:
- show advertisements;
- provide rewarded advertisements;
- determine whether an advertisement was loaded, displayed, viewed, clicked, skipped, or completed;
- determine whether an in-game reward should be granted;
- measure ad performance;
- prevent fraud and invalid traffic;
- limit ad frequency;
- manage advertising campaigns;
- provide contextual or personalized advertisements, where permitted by law and your choices;
- comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.
Depending on your region, age, device, platform, and privacy settings, you may be asked for consent before personalized advertising, app tracking, or access to an advertising identifier is enabled.
On iOS, the Services may request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework where required. If you decline tracking permission, you may still receive advertisements, but the advertisements may be contextual, non-personalized, or less relevant to your interests.
On Android, Google advertising settings, consent interfaces, platform controls, and device settings may affect the collection and use of advertising identifiers and the personalization of advertisements.
- You can manage certain advertising preferences through your device or platform settings, including:
- limiting ad tracking;
- resetting or deleting your advertising identifier where supported;
- disabling personalized advertisements;
- managing app tracking permission on iOS;
- changing Google advertising settings on Android;
- managing consent through an advertising consent interface where available.
Advertising availability is not guaranteed. Advertisements may fail to load or display because of network conditions, device restrictions, operating-system restrictions, geographic availability, age restrictions, consent status, lack of advertising inventory, advertising-provider failures, fraud-prevention systems, or other technical or operational reasons.
Completion of a rewarded advertisement does not guarantee that a reward will always be granted successfully. Reward delivery may fail or be delayed because of communication errors, app interruptions, advertising-provider errors, device conditions, duplicate reward detection, invalid traffic detection, or other circumstances.
Third-party advertising partners process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies, terms, and advertising controls of Google AdMob, Apple, Google, and any other advertising or platform providers used in the Services.
#9. Local Storage and Similar Technologies
The Services may use local storage, browser storage, device storage, cookies, cached data, preferences, databases, or similar technologies to store information necessary for the Services to function.
Such information may include:
- game progress;
- completed stages or levels;
- selected level and stage information;
- rank and experience-point progress;
- sound and BGM settings;
- movement-control settings;
- hint usage and hint-related state;
- advertisement-related counters;
- the date or time associated with advertisement display conditions;
- saved puzzle or maze state;
- user-interface preferences;
- temporary technical data;
- feature and tutorial state;
- other locally stored game information.
These technologies help us provide game continuity, improve user experience, remember settings, operate advertising frequency controls, provide game features, and maintain service functionality.
Most gameplay progress and settings in the current version of AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle are stored locally on the user’s device. The App does not currently require an account, public profile, login, online ranking account, or cloud-save account for normal gameplay.
You may be able to delete locally stored information by clearing app data, clearing browser storage, deleting the App, resetting your device, or using device settings. However, doing so may reset or permanently delete your progress, rank, experience points, settings, advertisement-related state, and other locally stored Game Data.
Deleting locally stored data may also reset advertisement frequency or timing information. We do not guarantee that deleted local Game Data can be restored.
If cloud-save, account, synchronization, or backup functionality is introduced in the future, additional information may be processed, and this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
#10. Push Notifications
If the Services provide push notifications in the future, we may ask for your permission to send notifications. Notifications may include service updates, gameplay reminders, new-level information, event information, maintenance information, promotional messages, or other app-related communications.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
At present, AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle does not require push notifications for normal gameplay.
If push-notification functionality is introduced, the relevant platform or notification service provider may process a notification token, device information, delivery status, and related technical information necessary to send and manage notifications.
#11. Device Permissions
The Services may request certain device permissions only when necessary for specific features.
- Depending on the features provided now or in the future, permissions may include:
- network access, to connect to the internet, load advertisements, verify purchases, provide support, and enable online features;
- app tracking permission, where required for advertising or measurement on supported platforms;
- notification permission, if push notifications are introduced;
- photo or media access, if image upload, export, or sharing features are added;
- camera access, if camera-based features are added;
- other platform permissions necessary for future features.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit the availability or functionality of some features.
At present, AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle is not designed to require camera access, microphone access, precise GPS location access, contact-list access, photo-library access, health-data access, or biometric-data access for normal gameplay.
The App requires network connectivity for functions that depend on external services, including loading and displaying advertisements. Core gameplay availability may vary depending on the current version, platform, and device conditions.
#12. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense for money.
However, depending on applicable privacy laws, sharing certain identifiers, device data, usage data, approximate location data, or advertising-related information with advertising partners for personalized or targeted advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar regulated activity.
We may share information with the following categories of recipients:
#12.1 Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that perform services on our behalf or provide technology used by the Services, including:
- cloud service providers;
- hosting providers;
- analytics providers;
- crash reporting providers;
- advertising providers;
- customer support and email providers;
- payment and purchase verification services;
- fraud prevention and security providers;
- app distribution platforms;
- technical infrastructure and development service providers.
These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services, operate their platforms, comply with applicable law, or protect their systems, subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable contractual or legal obligations.
#12.2 Advertising Partners
We may share or allow the collection of identifiers, device information, approximate location information, usage information, consent information, and advertising interaction information by advertising partners to:
- display advertisements;
- measure advertising performance;
- provide rewarded advertisements;
- determine reward completion;
- limit advertising frequency;
- detect fraud and invalid traffic;
- provide contextual or personalized advertisements where permitted;
- comply with advertising-industry and legal requirements.
The current advertising provider used by AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle is Google AdMob.
#12.3 App Stores and Payment Platforms
- We may share or receive information with Apple, Google, app stores, payment platforms, and related service providers to:
- distribute the Services;
- process purchases;
- restore purchases;
- verify subscriptions or one-time purchases;
- respond to refund or billing issues;
- prevent payment abuse;
- comply with store requirements;
- manage app integrity, security, and compatibility.
#12.4 Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose information if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, court orders, or governmental requests;
- enforce our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, or other policies;
- investigate fraud, cheating, invalid advertising activity, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues;
protect the rights, property, safety, and legitimate interests of users, third parties, advertising partners, platform providers, and us;
respond to lawful requests from courts, law enforcement, regulators, consumer-protection authorities, data-protection authorities, or other public authorities;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
#12.5 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of business, financing transaction, change of control, or similar transaction, information may be transferred, disclosed, or processed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Where required, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent before personal information becomes subject to materially different privacy practices.
#13. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed, stored, accessed, or transferred in countries or regions outside your country of residence, including countries in which advertising providers, platform providers, technical service providers, or other recipients operate.
These countries or regions may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction and may not provide the same level of legal protection.
Where required by applicable law, we or the relevant service provider will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as:
- contractual protections;
- standard contractual clauses;
- adequacy decisions;
- data-processing agreements;
- certification mechanisms;
- supplementary technical or organizational measures;
- other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
The use of Google AdMob, Apple services, Google Play services, and other international technology services may result in information being processed in multiple countries or regions.
#14. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose of processing, whether the information is stored locally or by a third-party provider, and applicable legal or operational requirements.
For example:
- gameplay and settings data stored locally may be retained while the App remains installed or until the user clears application data;
rank, experience-point, level, stage, control, sound, BGM, hint, and advertisement-related data may remain on the device until deleted, overwritten, or reset;
customer-support records may be retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-up inquiries, prevent abuse, improve support, and maintain business records;
purchase records may be retained as necessary for purchase verification, restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, consumer-protection, and legal obligations;
- advertising information may be retained by advertising partners according to their own retention policies and applicable law;
- consent records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements;
security logs may be retained as necessary to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, invalid advertising activity, abuse, and security incidents;
- legal and compliance records may be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law;
- anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely, provided that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
When information is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise process it in accordance with applicable law and reasonable technical capabilities.
Because most current gameplay data is stored locally, deleting the App or clearing its data may result in immediate and permanent loss of such information.
#15. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- These measures may include, where appropriate:
- limiting access to information;
- using platform security features;
- maintaining current software and dependencies;
- monitoring for fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
- using reputable third-party service providers;
- minimizing the information collected directly by us;
- separating locally stored game data from contact information submitted through support inquiries.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, mobile network, wireless network, electronic storage, advertising SDK, or software system is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or protection against every possible security event.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID, Google account, app-store account, email account, device passcode, and any credentials associated with the Services.
You should not provide sensitive information through support communications unless it is necessary and specifically requested for a legitimate purpose.
#16. Children’s Privacy
AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is expected to be assigned an age rating suitable for users aged four years and older by applicable app stores. An app-store age rating does not by itself determine the age at which a child may lawfully consent to the processing of personal information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
The Services do not currently require users to create an account, submit a real name, create a public profile, upload personal images, provide precise location information, or provide contact-list information for normal gameplay.
If you are a minor, please use the Services only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
- Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of:
- advertisements;
- rewarded advertisements;
- external links;
- app-store features;
- purchases or future paid features;
- device and privacy settings.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us using the contact information in Section 24.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete, restrict, anonymize, or otherwise appropriately handle such information.
We do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to children where prohibited by applicable law. Advertising partners may use age, consent, platform, regional, or device signals to limit personalized advertising and comply with children’s privacy requirements.
Parents and guardians may also manage app tracking, personalized advertising, purchases, permissions, and content restrictions through the relevant device, Apple, Google, or app-store settings.
#17. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country, region, state, age, and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
These rights may include:
- the right to access personal information we hold about you;

When submitting a request, please provide sufficient information to allow us to understand the request and identify any relevant records. Because AMAZE! Transform Maze Puzzle does not currently require an account, we may hold little or no information that can be directly linked to an individual user.
Most current Game Data is stored only on the user’s device. We generally cannot access, identify, retrieve, correct, or delete locally stored Game Data remotely. You may delete such data by clearing the App’s data or deleting the App, subject to the functions available on your device.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding to a request. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary for verification, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
- Some rights may be limited by law. We may retain certain information where necessary to:

- allow or deny app tracking permission;
- reset, limit, or delete your advertising identifier;
- disable personalized advertising;
- manage advertising-consent choices;

On iOS, you may manage tracking permissions through the Privacy & Security settings and may manage personalized advertising through relevant Apple settings.
On Android, you may manage advertising settings, permissions, and privacy controls through the relevant Google and device settings.
You may choose not to view a rewarded advertisement. If you do not view or complete the rewarded advertisement, the associated optional reward or hint may not be provided.
Interstitial advertisements are not optional in the same manner as rewarded advertisements, although their display is subject to game conditions, technical availability, legal requirements, platform rules, and advertising-provider availability.
Disabling certain settings or withholding consent may affect the availability, relevance, or functionality of advertisements and other features. You may still receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.

- access your personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- erase personal information;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;

Such safeguards may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, contractual measures, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
#19.5 Complaints
You may have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.

We do not sell personal information for money.
However, the use of advertising SDKs or the disclosure of advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location information, or advertising interaction information to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
- Depending on applicable law and the functionality available in the Services, you may exercise opt-out rights through:
- device advertising settings;
- app tracking settings;
- consent interfaces;
- platform privacy controls;
- contacting us at the address listed in Section 24.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
